Processing Time

USA orders placed by 2PM EST ship the same business day or next business day. Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Extension Lab Co.™ ships worldwide. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs requirements and fees vary by country.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
